先付款後投稿 ! 投稿後審查如未通過，將全額退款。
Pay first and submit later ! Full Refund if Submission Fails Review.

1. 註冊繳費 Registration Payment
所有參加研討會者均採線上報名。 All participants will register online.

2. 取得序號 Get Registration Number
完成註冊繳費後，於統一時間以電子郵件方式發出報名序號。
After registration and payment, registration numbers will be sent via email at a unified time.

3. 論文投稿 Submission
依序號於投稿表單填寫上傳，一組序號僅用一次對應一篇項目投稿。
Use the registration number in the submission. A number corresponds to a paper and is be used once.

每篇論文至少需有一名作者報名繳費，否則恕不列入議程及論文集。
 At least one author in the authorship of accepted paper is requested to register for the conference. Otherwise, The paper will not be scheduled in meeting agenda and curated in the conference proceedings.
