海報展覽及海報競賽須知事項 Guidelines for the Poster Exhibition and Contest:
- 參賽者需自行印製海報，並於排定發表時間前10分鐘，前往李存敏館(綠能館)2樓R208室，至貼有對應投稿號碼的海報展示板自行張貼海報。
Participants are required to print their own posters and, 10 minutes prior to the scheduled presentation time, attach their posters to the designated poster display boards on the 2nd floor Room R208 of the Tsen-Min Lee Building(Green Energy Building) corresponding to their submission numbers. - 海報競賽的發表時間為 13:30 – 15:00
The poster contest will be held from 13:30 – 15:00.
1. 每位參賽者的發表時長為7分鐘，其中包括：海報發表5分鐘及問答時間2分鐘。
Each participant’s presentation will last for 7 minutes, including 5 minutes for poster presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
2. 競賽開始時，請參賽者站於自己的海報展示板前準備發表。
At the start of the competition, participants should stand in front of their poster display boards and prepare for their presentations.
3.發表次序依議程安排，由上至下進行。
Presentation order will follow the agenda, proceeding from top to bottom. - 海報展覽的展示時間為 13:30 – 16:50
The poster exhibition will be display from 13:30 – 16:50.
